What happens after I send my design details to MaryRose?
After MaryRose receives your design details she will call you to discuss your concepts and arrange your design appointment at her studio. During this appointment she will sketch your perfect look and provide you with many options of beautiful fabrics, trims and embellishments.
Having finalised your design on paper, MaryRose will then cost the look and you have 7 days to confirm your booking. MaryRose requests a minimum of 12 months before your special event, however on occasion she may have availability in her production schedule for orders with a shorter notice period.
Once the date is booked for your special day, this is the time to contact MaryRose to check her availability to create your perfect design.
When the order has been confirmed, we provide you with a contract so you know what we have agreed.
To meet with MaryRose there is a design consultation fee of £50. This is for a one hour design appointment which will enable MaryRose to sketch and swatch your perfect look. Should you prefer to have longer with MaryRose each hour thereafter will be charged accordingly. You are welcome to bring one guest with you for the design appointment.
Who is involved in the creation of your design?
This is not a dress making service where MaryRose works alone. MaryRose has a highly skilled team of Professional Industry trained sample machinists and pattern cutters who work under her direction on each design, just as in the London Fashion Industry.
MaryRose oversees every detail from design to styling, to ensure your look is flawless from every angle.
When are your preferred contact hours to discuss your design?
MaryRose operates Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm for design clients, with the last appointment at 3.30pm.
Calls are made during studio opening hours.
